Nick McTarnaghan Joins the Shipley Snell Montgomery Team

Shipley Snell Montgomery proudly announces the addition of Nick McTarnaghan as an Associate Attorney. Nick brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in a broad variety of litigation, ranging from commercial disputes to personal injury defense.

Nick has represented construction, transportation, and warehouse clients in a wide range of legal matters. These include commercial litigation, contract breaches, personal injury defense, and insurance issues. His experience extends to both plaintiff and defense work, successfully representing clients in state and federal courts on matters such as contract law, commercial real estate, warehousing, insurance coverage, regulatory compliance, labor and employment, and class actions, as well as providing clients with expert guidance and recommendations on various risk management strategies.

Nick earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, and his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Florida. His academic background and professional experience equip him with a unique blend of skills valuable to our clients.

Away from the courtroom, Nick has a variety of personal interests, including passionately supporting the Pittsburgh Steelers, University of Florida football, and Premier League soccer. He also enjoys playing the guitar in his spare time.
