BIOGRAPHY

Kaitlyn specializes in being a generalist, and her cases are just as diverse as her clients. She currently represents upstream producers, natural gas and electrical utilities, and real estate investors in a variety of matters, including personal injury, commercial disputes, and environmental contamination claims. Prior to joining the firm, she represented commercial and residential builders, natural gas producers, midstream transporters, cattle seedstock companies, refineries, semiconductor manufacturers, private equity firms, and utility providers. She has handled contract disputes, business divorces, patent infringement, wrongful death, personal injury, construction defect, and shareholder derivative suits. She has handled cases before state and federal courts in Texas, Louisiana, Delaware, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and California. Kaitlyn has significant trial experience for both plaintiffs and defendants and has won every trial and arbitration on behalf of her clients.
